The following groups use the Hall on a regular basis:
A long-running and high successful art class is held at the hall on most Saturdays.
Kelbrook Badminton Club is one of the hall’s longest running user groups and has continued to use the hall over the years. The club uses the hall for social and competitive events.
The hall hosts bowls during the winter months for those who enjoy the bowls green at Sough Park during the rest of the year.
Kelbrook Painting Group
Working in a range of mediums and involving artists of different experience and abilities, this group uses the Annex on Tuesday afternoons.
Kelbrook Kiddies meet every Friday morning between 9.30am and 11.30am in the Village hall. The group aims to create a happy, friendly environment where parents and carers can meet for a chat and a drink and give their children somewhere to play safely. The group provides a range of toys suitable for all pre-school ages, simple craft activities, singing and story time. The cost is £1.50 per week irrespective of the number of children you bring.
This group is one of the keenest supporters of the hall. The Ladies Guild involves ladies of all ages from the local community in a range of activities. This group plays an active role in supporting village hall fundraising events or make donations to the hall or other worthy causes from their own events such as the Big Breakfast.
Council provided service, supported by local volunteers, for senior citizens - offering good food and company. This group enjoys the amenities offered by the hall Annex every Monday.
